“I am only a couple of days into owning the Frank the Enforcer in natural shell cordovan. I can speak to the exceptional customer service I received from Matt when I reached out with questions around how to care for my cardholder. The packaging of my product was exceptional and arrived in a timely fashion. The craftsmanship of my cardholder is impressive. The lifetime guarantee helped me buy with confidence. So far, I have loaded the Frank the Enforcer with a total of six cards and a single bill folded in the large middle pocket. My only “concern” is around the fit on the bill in the middle pocket. It is not especially easy, but I suspect that it will get better as I use the cardholder more. I bought with confidence and would recommend the same to others.”

“it is amazing to see a shop owner that cares so much about his product(which is amazing) and customers. i ordered a simple key fob then asked about a watch band and phil went completely out of his way to make sure he was able to help and made sure i was getting exactly what i was looking for. his knowledge of leather is infectious (watch him on youtube) and helped me love the finished product that he and his team produce. so yeah the leather goods are amazing!! and the customer service is amazing-er!! lol”

“I picked up a one shot card case for when I just need my driver license and a credit card. It’s simple, elegant, and exceptionally well-made. About half a year ago I also got a shell Apple Watch strap. I’ve slept in it, worked out, worn it everyday, and has held up nicely. The leather is thin enough to slide comfortably under a long sleeve shirt cuff, yet the shell is so tough that there is barely any stretching at the hole used to fasten the strap. Despite the half year beating, the finish still looks as good as new. Both purchases were easy, delivery was prompt, and the friendly customer service from Ashland is at a level that is extremely tough to find these days in this world of impersonal on-line purchases. Thanks Phil and team. I can’t wait to figure out what I’m getting next!”
