“The customer service is top notch. I started by asking to see some of the shell wallets and while I liked them, none of them screamed me. So I worked with Matt on getting a fully custom order. From sending me pictures of leather that they had to making notes of the unique design I wanted to do. Enjoyable experience overall. While a wait for my wallet to be made I even picked up a English Tanned Capone. Will be back in the future for a custom shell Capone.”

“It was not a great experience. I put a $399 wallet, and a Baseball in my cart, went to pay for it, and the baseball was gone. This was within a minute. I hate racing pay, and most high end product sites protect your cart for at least a couple minutes. I was then told I could pick a ball from a different batch, and so I did. Then I was told that ball was sold already ad well. I have purchased 6 wallets from you guys, but I won't be back. Thanks Rod”

“Hi Phil, I went done the wallet review rabbit hole on YouTube and saw the quality of your products. Found your gorgeous turquoise lined billfold and fell in love. I have never spent more than $50 on a wallet in my lifetime, I just had to have this Johnny the Fox wallet. So happy with my purchase! Even though the item I wanted was out of stock when I first went to purchase it, the day I clicked inform me when it was back in stock they reached out directly to let me know when they would be making more and offered to send me an invoice. Got my wallet sooner than anticipated. Packaging was excellent as is the wallet itself. Gorgeous and functional. Can’t wait to continue to use it over the years.
