“I recently got a new job and wanted to give myself a small reward: a fine new leather wallet. I decided on Ashland Leather's Frank the Enforcer in Color #8. The shell cordovan leather is supple with a faint shine that will deepen with wear. And I'm obsessed with the color, which I would characterize as bourbon-soaked dark cherry. After a year of use, I expect the gloss and color will express themselves more, and the leather will continue to soften. It's gorgeous, feels luxurious in the hand and in the pocket, and is promises years of excellent service.”

“I really like color 8 cxl and this valet is no exception. My B-grade valet shipped fast and was in great condition. There was the tiniest blemish on the bottom side. I couldn’t believe it was B-grade. I put it into service right away. I did some diy work and attached some snap on loops to connect it to my passenger seatbelt. I can unsnap them and use the valet just like it was intended.”

“I first ordered a Bugs Moran wallet in a dark blue color and it was amazing. I liked it so much, I purchased another one in a different color. I ended up using a cleaner on it that I purchased from their website, and it ruined the finish a bit. This was my fault as it did not need any product on it. They had me send it back and polished it for me. My wife then purchased me a third wallet and I ordered a few keychains etc. the quality is top notch. Customer service is wonderful and I couldn’t be happier. I HIGHLY recommend Ashland Leather for anyone who appreciates high quality leather goods and fine craftsmanship.”

“I ordered both the One Shot Card Case and the Johnny the Fox bifold in Horween Dublin leather in English Tan. I plan to use them as a complementary, minimalist carry system: storing the One Shot Card Case in the Johnny the Fox bifold when I need all my cards, and carrying only the One Shot Card Case when I just need my driver’s license and one credit card. Overall, the craftsmanship and leather quality meet my high expectations for Ashland Leather, and I am happy with the purchase. That said, I am disappointed with the color consistency between the two items, which is noticeably off. Despite ordering both in English Tan, the Johnny the Fox arrived significantly darker than the One Shot Card Case, almost as if it had already begun to age. I understand that natural leather varies and develops patina over time, but I expected two items ordered together in the same leather and color to be much closer in appearance. Individually, both pieces are well-made and use excellent leather. As a matched set, though, the color mismatch detracts from the experience and was unexpected at this price point.”

“Good afternoon. The wallet is my first purchase and it's very nice. Just as an aside, if you were to sell a Demo black Shell Cordovan Vertical Mugs Moran, I would be happy to pay more for it (I think the Demo Shell Cordovans might go for $125 or am I making that up?) instead of the regular leather wallet I purchased. But I didn't see any on your website. The Shell Cordovans really are beautiful! Best of luck! Keep on keeping on.”
