“This is my forth purchase from you.Not sure why this shell cordovan won’t take a shine.It’s just flat black.No problem with the others I have but not this wallet.I know it’s new but won’t shine up.Ive tried the Venetian shoe cream too.”

Thank you for your review. Sometimes adding too much polish/cream can have an adverse effect. I believe this is what's happening here. Keep in mind the leather is new and doesn't need more cream. We have already polished the leather prior to shipping. I suggest wearing the wallet and the friction from your pockets will help to polish it naturally giving it a nice glossy luster overtime.
