“Absolutely outstanding wallet. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. The leather quality, stitching, and overall construction clearly reflect a company that takes pride in its work. What impressed me even more than the product itself was the customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong wallet and even left an incorrect phone number when trying to resolve the issue. Despite that, Matt went above and beyond—tracking me down via email so we could connect and sort everything out properly. Not only did he make it right, he had a wallet custom made for me in a color that was out of stock and shipped it within just a couple of days. That level of care and responsiveness is rare. Ashland has earned a lifelong customer from me. The quality of their wallets speaks for itself—and their service truly matches their lifetime warranty. Matt deserves a raise…”

“I’ve been searching for a new wallet for quite a while to find exactly what I want. I decided to try Ashland Leather and went with the Capone leather money clip. While I was deciding, I emailed Ashland with some questions; they responded very quickly and with extreme detail on the types and styles of leather and answered all of my questions. “Highly please with the Capone in #8 shell. I will say that the design of the Capone exceeded my expectations. I did order the B grade because I wasn’t sure the money clip would work for my needs; however, it has simplified my wallet layout. The shell cordovan #8 is beautiful and the durability is there without question. Will definitely order from Ashland Leather again.”

“This is a serious wallet! While I would not call it heavy, it feels quite substantial in the hand and pocket. The leather feels like it would hold up against a buzzsaw! Otherwise it is elegant and everything else I wanted in a minimal wallet. Will definitely recommend, including for the price.”

“Amazing wallet! For 1…you can’t truly appreciate shell cordavan until you have it in your hands. The feel, the smell it’s a whole experience. If you’re thinking about a shell cordavan wallet, it’s worth the extra cost. 2…I came from a traditional bifold wallet, the pocket feel of the fat herbie is night and day. Fits the same amount of cards/cash but it is so much thinner. It feels great in the back pocket. Not for minimalist, but if you don’t mind a longer wallet it’s worth it. Couldn’t recommend it enough. 3… customer service was great. I had a question about shipping and they got back to me right away assuring me that they would take care of me. There was a lot of thought put into the presentation and packaging. Overall the wallet is worth the investment as is Ashland leather.”

“Great leather quality, built quality and great customer service. The two-layered strap was a bit thicker than I had anticipated but still looks great. Also, take notice if you have slim wrists (like me). I have I tightened as much as possible and it's still just a little bit looser than I'd like. Just something to be mindefull off. Should have probably asked Matt make it a bit short when I ordered it, so that's one me.”
