“Askderm is my go-to for a reasonable price on professional grade products. My most recent order, though, frustrates me. My credit card was charged before it was even shipped. It sat in "label created" status for several days. Now I finally received one of the two items ordered. I appreciated the note on the packing slip letting me know that the other item is backordered, but I shouldn't have been charged for it already.”

“Hi! I’ve been buying Glyderm gentle face cleanser from you for many years. I order 8 bottles per order. My last two orders, the bottles are only about 75% full! I was shocked! The bottles felt lighter…..I held them up to the light and to my surprise they are not full bottles, none of them. Disappointed! I am still waiting for 2 bottles, which is fine. I was told they are on back order and should be sent our soon.”
