“Asked about why my order wasn't accepted by post office and asked if you would check for me or send money back. I never got a answer about my order but did receive my money back. Won't order from you again as I need the pr Product”

“I tried to order three different colors and all it would accept were three of the silver rose. While it is my favorite, I wanted to try the rose color and one other and your system would not let me do that.”

“Hi! I’ve been buying Glyderm gentle face cleanser from you for many years. I order 8 bottles per order. My last two orders, the bottles are only about 75% full! I was shocked! The bottles felt lighter…..I held them up to the light and to my surprise they are not full bottles, none of them. Disappointed! I am still waiting for 2 bottles, which is fine. I was told they are on back order and should be sent our soon.”

“The lotion was as expected, but I also opted for the "mystery" bath/body product. The mystery product was the attached bath bombs that are so old they appear to be disintegrating. I figured I what ever this product was I put place it in for a stocking stuffer, but I cannot gift this. It made me questioned how old the facial lotion is (my intended purchase) and I am not sure if I will purchase from ask derm again.”
