“Hi! I’ve been buying Glyderm gentle face cleanser from you for many years. I order 8 bottles per order. My last two orders, the bottles are only about 75% full! I was shocked! The bottles felt lighter…..I held them up to the light and to my surprise they are not full bottles, none of them. Disappointed! I am still waiting for 2 bottles, which is fine. I was told they are on back order and should be sent our soon.”

“The lotion was as expected, but I also opted for the "mystery" bath/body product. The mystery product was the attached bath bombs that are so old they appear to be disintegrating. I figured I what ever this product was I put place it in for a stocking stuffer, but I cannot gift this. It made me questioned how old the facial lotion is (my intended purchase) and I am not sure if I will purchase from ask derm again.”
