““Your shipment was received at 3:27 pm on September 28, 2022 in LADSON, SC 29456. The acceptance of your package is pending.” This is where I am stuck. I have never had a follow up email or tracking update. My charge went through but no product received”

“They shipped me the wrong item and are not getting back to me so I can return it. My first…and probably last…time I’ll order anything from them.”

“Placed an order and received an email stating my order was shipped. Checked the USPS tracking 7 days later and did not see any updates. Emailed customer service and was told their was a system error and now the product is unavailable in the color I ordered.”

“My order was placed on 12/22/21, I did not receive it until 2/16/22. Nearly two months later. Nowhere on the website did it say this item was backordered or I would’ve purchased elsewhere. I will NEVER order from AskDerm again. I realize products aren’t always in stock and accessible, but for me to order without knowing it is a backordered item is ridiculous. At least notify your customers if you want to keep customers. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know.”
