I ordered evolis promote activator and received evolis reverse activator. I emailed customer service and they responded promtly but again they are sending out the reverse activator. I want my account to be credited and when I receive the second bottle, I'd be happy to send back both bottles.

“Your shipment was received at 3:27 pm on September 28, 2022 in LADSON, SC 29456. The acceptance of your package is pending.” This is where I am stuck. I have never had a follow up email or tracking update. My charge went through but no product received

They shipped me the wrong item and are not getting back to me so I can return it. My first…and probably last…time I’ll order anything from them.

Placed an order and received an email stating my order was shipped. Checked the USPS tracking 7 days later and did not see any updates. Emailed customer service and was told their was a system error and now the product is unavailable in the color I ordered.

My order was placed on 12/22/21, I did not receive it until 2/16/22. Nearly two months later. Nowhere on the website did it say this item was backordered or I would’ve purchased elsewhere. I will NEVER order from AskDerm again. I realize products aren’t always in stock and accessible, but for me to order without knowing it is a backordered item is ridiculous. At least notify your customers if you want to keep customers. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know.

The product I ordered was not the original it was a fake. I thought I was getting life cell product out of south beach Florida but I received a knock off product with same name but different packaging out of South Carolina very disappointed!! Won’t use this site again!!

Never received the product and after four days, I have not had a resolution. I should have purchased it from Amazon. They deliver and replace the product. They understand customer satisfaction. Now I am out 150 dollars, unless you step up!

My BU sunscreen arrived without any expiration date anywhere on the bottle. I sent a message to you asking about this the day after it was delivered, now a week ago. I am not confident that the product is not expired, & no one has responded to my message.
