“Quick shipping and I loved the text updates”

“Purchase came quickly. At the time I ordered my product the website showed that there was a free product with purchase but when I clicked on it for it to show up in the cart, it charged me 25.00 so I took it out of the cart and thought maybe it would just be sent automatically. I didn’t receive it at all. Shouldn’t advertise something as free gift with purchase if it isn’t going to be offered.”

My package is delivered promptly which is great, and all my items are individually wrapped so they aren't damaged in the delivery process.
