“It was only a partial shipment of my order even though I was charged the full amount. They need to let the customer know if the full order is not in stock and charge the credit card accordingly. At this point I don't know if and when the balance of the order will be shipped.”

I have researched the tracking for this order and it states you signed for the package on December 6th: Your item was delivered at 12:34 pm on December 6, 2018. The item was signed for by T FEBBRAIO. At the time I ordered my product the website showed that there was a free product with purchase but when I clicked on it for it to show up in the cart, it charged me 25.00 so I took it out of the cart and thought maybe it would just be sent automatically. I didn’t receive it at all. Shouldn’t advertise something as free gift with purchase if it isn’t going to be offered.”
