“The customer service lady, was friendly, listened and sorted the issue without any problems. Apologetic for mistake and took ownership resulting in solution. Being slightly deaf usually find it difficult to grasp all of conversations on the phone, this lady spoke clearly, and had no problems.”

“The phone was answered on about 5 rings and we spoke to a very nice lady called suzi very friendly and professional she took our details anplus card details and we had a bit of nice banter while the transaction was going through she used to live in our area before”

“the lady that I spoke to could not have been more pleasant polite friendly and knowledgable. she answered my query in a friendly manner with a jovial voice. I regret that I cannot remember her name if you can find out then please thank her for me there are a lot of companies whose customer services staff could learn a great deal from her”

“Watch and goggles watch was shocking Atlas for men written all over it. I thought it would be Gucci. Goggles plastic snap the minute he put them round his ugly bald nut.”

“I made myfirst return and expected the worst from reading the tales of woe on your website. To be fair, I want to place on record that the return went by Yodel and my remittance was returned as per the contract with Atlas for Men. Goods received did not fit me properly. First problem I have had with them.”

“My first purchase from atlas for men has been very good and delivery of the product has been fast. However pants # U0018 , large are nice, but despite my 36” waist order the actual pants are far too big and do not match the size chart.”
