“No one was able to fix by Thermador oven. It had been giving me problems for weeks. I had other companies come out and after they would charge me and do the so called repair, my unit would start to exhibit the same problems as before. I finally got tired of waiting. I called A 2 Z for their services. They came. Told me exactly the part I needed and said it had to be special ordered. They said they would get back to me when they got the part. They called me a few days later to schedule, and Finally got it done!!! I am so happy! I now have a working oven again. My technician was great, and clearly knew what he was doing.”

“My Hood on my range was malfunctioning. I called AtoZ Appliance Services and the technician came out. He knew what needed to be done, and ordered all the necessary parts. He was back to complete the repair a few days later, and did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company to everyone who wants great service done on the household appliance.”

“I have a stove that would not get hot. I had a technician come to my house and troubleshoot the appliance. He was able to determine exactly what part was needed and repair it immediately. We have had no problems with the appliance after that. Thank You!”

“I have a LG washer and it stopped working. It would not spin anymore. I called AtoZ and they came out first thing in the morning . By 8am the technician was already taking care of everything. A few hours later the repair was complete and I was able to do my kids laundry. AtoZ really understands how important it is to have a washing machine that is working. I thank them for their great work!”

“I had a Samsung refrigerator that was leaking, and also not cooling. I had another company come out and do the repair. My refrigerator stopped cooling again only after 1 week after the fix. I called A to Z and their technician came and did the repair. The refrigerator is working great. I have had no more problems.”

“we have a kenmore stackable washer and dryer combo which stopped working. We called to get a diagnostic and have a technician check out what might be wrong. He came the same day. He told us what parts we needed, and ordered them the same day. When he came back he had a helper with him as this is a stackable unit and requires two technicians to maneuver. They fixed everything and the unit has been working fantastic ever since. Thank you for the great job!”

“I have a Sub Zero refrigerator that had a leak at the bottom, and the freezer part was not cool enough. My food was defrosted and I needed to get it taken care of right away. I called AtoZ, and the technician was at my house in about one hour. I explained what was wrong and he said he would take care of it. After he did some tests to figure out what was wrong he said that I had several problems and the parts would have to be special ordered. He said it would take 2 to 3 days. I got a call on the second day and we set up an appointment for the next day to install the parts. He came and fixed everything. My refrigerator is working iso good now. I have had no problems since. AtoZ are a great company. Thank you for your service.”

“My washer machine was broken. My brother told me to call AtoZ because they fixed his refrigerator in the past. I made an appointment and they came that same evening. The technician was a professional and told me right away that 3 parts needed to be replaced. I gave a deposit and he ordered the parts. I got a call the next day that the parts had arrived and he was ready to come to do the repair. He worked very hard and finished the job. He told me to call if I was experiencing any kind of problems with the appliance. After he left I have had no problems at all. Everything has been working and I am happy. If I have any appliances that ever have problems, I will always call my #1 company. AtoZ Appliance Services. Thank you!”

“I have a whirlpool washer. The washer was working fine, then it wouldn’t spin. I tried to make it work but it still wouldn’t do the spin cycle. I called AtoZ Services and scheduled an appointment. The technician came to my house and did a diagnostic the next day. He gave me an estimate and said that I would have to wait for 1 day to receive part. They called me the next day and scheduled a part installation. My unit is now working without any problems. I am very glad that I went with this company and would certainly recommend them to all my friends.”

“My Dryer had been making a squeaking noise for 1 week. I called AtoZ and they sent out a technician to repair it. He tested the unit and told me it was a problem with the belt. He was able to fix it right away and now it works great! The repairman was aware of how to work with this type of appliance, and did a very good job!”
