Tyre fitter said the tyre sensor was broken before he took tyre off he said whoever took tyre off before had broke it, didn't want to cause a fuss he said sensor was still working so asked if I wanted it glued into wheel it is now rattling in my wheel will go to local garage to get it fixed

See my report of discusting way you treated disabled 70 year old on 31/07/22 then make out you wanted to make things right but get told not ats problem .when run off rd by your driver on phone ,

Be careful using their website to buy tyres. I bought 2 tyres online and arranged for a fitting at one of their centres. Got a call from the centre manager almost immediately to say the tyres are out of stock and not available for for nearly two months. No alternative offered just a refund. The refund has taken a week to be processed. Looking at their twitter account this has been happening for a while but they can't be bothered to fix their website.

70. Year. Old disabled man ran off road. On 31/07/22. At upavon by ats driver on phone result wheel tyre and tyre inflation kit. .driver behind Witnessed this and. Followed as van entered mod base at.upavon.time 11..15 approximately photos details passed to. Customer services.they said there area manager will investigate after 10:weeks Not Abel to,find driver well upavon. Had on video as confermed from them to me they also say mine was only contact about incident ..I have photos. Witness x 3 damage reported so this is. A total cover up by ATS.EUROMASTER I. HAVE ALL NAMES DATES AND TIMES OF CONTACT WIITH CUSTOMER SERVICES TRIED. TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THERE CEO NO CHANCE ALSO SENT TO MICHELIN TYRES AS ATS A SUBSIDEARY OF THEM THIS IS. HOW THEY TREAT DISABLED pensioners welll. Done .

Bought tires online paid for Them immediately Booked day and time to have them fitted Received a call from the fitting centre saying the pricing wrong and they can’t get hold of the tires I bought Customer service terrible The fitting centre wanted to sell me more expensive ones I felt as though in this occasion they price the tires cheap on their website just to get you in and then will try and get more money selling different brand If you can’t supply me with tires I ordered surely you should supply me with alternative tyres at the price I paid for You are a big you company surely you need to honour the deal The fitting centre manager said he will email me Still waiting Will never deal with you again nor my family Always bought tires online from different retailer This is my first experience with ATS

Following a review made last week, I still have not received the refund for £500. I called to chase up today and was told by an advisor that the refund isn't actually on their refund log! It's been nearly 2 weeks (31.08) since they took my money for tyres they don't actually have in stock for 2 months. I'll continue to update by review and experience until this is resolved and money is returned.

I ordered 4 new run flat tyres to be fitted online, booked an appointment at local branch and paid £500 online. I then received a call from the local branch a few days later explaining that they don’t have that tyre in stock, won’t until late October and don’t have any other brands that size until late October. He said he didn’t understand why the ATS website were taking these orders and it had happened to many others recently. I called customer services, they said that a refund would be given but that it could take 7 working days to be issued! They also said they don’t have a stock checking system online so this often happens, they take peoples money for a product they don’t have and keep it in their bank earning interest for themselves. I asked to speak to a Supervisor / Manager to complain, they said that this is not possible, you can only put it in writing and have to wait several business days for a response which is frustrating. Furthermore, I needed these new tyres for the car to pass it’s MOT that is coming up and now can’t afford to pay for new tyres until I eventually receive the refund which, if it is 7 business days, is after the MOT so thanks ATS. I wouldn’t recommend buying tyres online with ATS to anyone. This is happening to others so beware

You continually let me down. 3 of the last 4 times you have me booked in for a mobile fitment you just don't bother turning up and don't bother calling. Horrendous customer service and no-one wants to take responsibility. Shocking service with no care for the customer. How you survive with service like this is beyond me.

In the process of getting a tyre change on my work van by a mobile fitters. Rang to ask at what hour my appointment will be as they never texted me an hour and I was told I'm the first appointment and the driver starts work at 11 so anywhere in between 11 and 12. I ring again at 13:30 asking them if my appointment was pushed back or if there are any delays, they rang the driver and I was given an ETA of an hour and a half. I get a text one hour later with a ETA of 12 minutes, drivers on the way. Half an hour after the 12 minute ETA still waiting and nobody showed. Absolutely awful company and would not recommend it to anyone.

Awful! Con men! Avoid it! I ordered a tyre with full fitting and waited almost a week (Weston super mare). On the day, both very rude members of staff told me that they couldn’t supply this specific tyre brand and tried to substitute it with a cheap chinese tyre!!! Moreover, they told me that this new tyre is much better quality which is an absolute scam (I checked). Awful service and very rude staff! Never, never, never I will book any any service from them!!!

Poor, 2 tyers booked in to be changed only to be told 1hr wait. It only takes 10mins to change a tyer. Just poor never again.

Ordered 4 new tyres online at the end of February to be fitted at the ATS Sheffield Garage within the week. Called on appointment day to be told tyres were not in and I will get a call when they are. Day off work wasted. Called 2 to 3 times a week ever since, and 5 weeks later, still no tyres and get the same old rubbish excuses from the Garage Manager every time we ring. Complained, and Stuart, the complaints person refunded 10% as a goodwill gesture. Finally gave up and demanded a refund. To my amazement, today I've just received a refund which is what I paid, less the 10% goodwill. They can't even honour a goodwill gesture, never mind the actual order itself. Honestly, you couldn't make it up the service I've received from start to finish. NEVER buy tyres from ATS unless you want them to hold onto £400 of your money for over a month, with Garage staff having no idea when tyres will come in, constantly blaming Covid and staff shortages, and promising to ring and then never doing so! Will never use ATS for anything and I'm making sure all friends, family and workmates are aware of my experience!

Would rate Zero Stars if possible!! I wrote two emails which have NEVER been responded to: Body of email. I purchased a Bridgestone Potenza 245/35 19y 93 from the Morpeth shop today, installed on the wheel. When I dropped off the tyre and wheel yesterday the person who served me quoted £205 unless I found a better price on the internet. This matches wording on your website " ATSE Price Match Policy for competitors” “At ATS Euromaster, we offer a great range of products and services at great prices. If you find the same product at a cheaper price, we’ll match it. Simply take note of the product, the price and the competitor, and we will verify and match the price for you. The price match offer is open to all retail customers in relation to all products purchased and fitted at an ATS Euromaster Service Centre." When I collected the tyre and wheel today the person serving me refused to honour a Kwik Fit price of £169, he explained that he was told "we no longer price match" the manager on duty also said the same thinng. In fact the price I was charged was not £205, however, £231.50. I asked for the regional managers contact details which I was refused and told the regional manager would contact me. I asked for a VAT receipt and was told it would be emailed to me. Neither the manager has contacted me nor have I received a VAT receipt. Not really a customer concerned operation!!

Zero service from “Head Office” Staff at centre were good. However if you have any issues you need to contact “customer service” about forget it! I booked a Mobil 1 service (you will see from the ATS website that Mobil 1 oil is heavily promoted as an up sell) When my car was serviced they used a cheaper oil with out telling me and when I contacted customer service the following happened: 1. They referred me straight to T&C’s which were actually irrelevant in my case. 2. When I challenging the above they decided to tell me that Mobil 1 did not make an oil for my car! (a lie) 3. When I challenged again they decided to tell me Mobil 1 was out of stock with their suppliers (even though it was in stock at the time seemingly everywhere else in the UK!) When I challenged the above and asked them to treat my issue as a complaint, they simply decided to ignore me! I eventually only got a resolution when I raised the issue with my card provider and got the equivalent value of funds back to cover what Mobil 1 would have cost. I should point out that I only got the resolution above from my bank as ATS even saw fit to ignore any communication from the bank as well. Based on my experience ATS simply do not have a customer service team that is capable of providing any sort of service. Whilst the on site staff might be good and helpful any other part of this company simply does not care at all! If you do use this company my advise would be to double and triple check absolutely everything before paying anything!

I would give no stars if I could. I bought a groupon voucher for my air con to be cleaned and re-gassed. I booked a slot with ATS in Horfield on line for a couple of weeks time. I arrived on the day/time & staff were not aware of the booking. I was advised that the job would take 2 hours so I took a walk to a nearby cafe. When I returned I was informed that the air con could not be re gassed & was faulty with either a hole in the piping or a faulty condenser. ATS had no diagnostic specialised air con equipment so could not be more specific. I then took my car to another garage where the car was re-gassed without a problem!? Either staff at ATS were overbooked & had no time for the job or the groupon voucher was the issue ( no new cash being received) I don’t know but all I would say is stay clear of this place. A total waste of my time.

Very bad attitude with no focus on customer care or acceptance of errors made by them - failing to notify they can’t actually do the MOT my car was booked in for. This was going to be the 1st time I had used ATS - will never consider using them. I would value contact from your complaints team to fully update re attitude of staff and hope your phone calls are recorded.

Took my motorhome for Mot at Rochdale. Failed it. Had the repairs done. Phone for retest, could only fit it in a week later on last day before I have to have a full mot done again. Failed it on a brake pipe I had fitted that just needed a wire tye on it. Would not put one on for me or let me do it there and then. I was moving the following day and they couldn't give a toss. Never again. I reported him to his head office and they didn't even get back to me.

Absolutely everything went wrong! Terrible customer service! Ordered tyres online, day before they were due to be fitted was phoned to say they didn't have what I had paid for & couldn't get for 6 WEEKS! I waited the 6 WEEKS! Turned up at garage some 20miles away left car with them, got phone call later saying they still didn't have my tyres in stock so left me high & dry with a now illegal tyre to drive home on! No real apology offered, hard to find out how to complain about service received but put complaint in to customer service department & didn't even get a response! WORST company ever! It is now my mission to warn others about what TERRIBLE SERVICE THIS COMPANY IS!

Avoid at all costs in my experience. What went wrong? I could write a thesis in this topic. 1. Nearly 1.5 hours with an appointment to change one tyre. 2. On several occasions, poor fitting resulting in dangerous leaks. 3. Steering wheel off centre following tracking 4. Avon tyres with innards showing resulting in M. O. T. failure after less than three years and under 10,000 miles. Etc. I could go on - and on!
