“I am pleased to share Atterly customer service went "above and beyond" in sorting a delay from the boutique originally responsible for dispatch. I conveyed to Atterly customer service I planned to take the jumper on holiday with me. In fact, I had already purchased and received other items to match and that were carefully selected to be complimentary to the specific jumper I ordered. Time was running out. Atterly made heroic efforts to source the jumper from a different boutique, and insisted it be dispatched overnight global express. I received it not a moment too soon - it went literally from box to travel case just in time for my holiday. I received many compliments on the jumper and was pleased to share with friends where it was purchased. Thank you Atterly! I remain impressed and thankful for the outstanding customer service and "making it right" - especially as I was a new customer and this was my first purchase. Thank you again.”

“Atterley contacted me about a problem I had with platform shoes I had ordered. The shoes were stuck in customs in Italy. The Atterley staff looked into the problem and were able to get my shoes to me. I appreciate the way the staff focused on the situation and made things work out for me. Atterley makes selections possible from all around the world and you can find things that you would never see locally.”
