“I have purchased multiple bracelets from this company. However, when I ordered my fourth bracelet in the same size as the previous ones, it turned out to be too large. I contacted the customer service team and provided them with a picture of the bracelet. They responded by saying that the size was correct and if I wanted it larger, I would have to pay extra. I found this to be very disappointing and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking for another company that values their customers and provides better customer service.”
“Complete garbage. Buying gems at 2 dollars a pop from Silom Thailand and selling them at 500usd. Don’t waste your time purchasing. Low quality trash with rude customer service.”
“I spent almost $500 on 6 bracelets. 5 of them have broken. Two of them within a week of receiving them. They told me they would reimburse me for shipping back to them ($30 each time). They did repair twice but never reimbursed me for shipping. Save your money. Six bracelets purchased…5 of them broke. The materials they use do not hold up.”
“Terrible experience!
Ten days after my order, still haven’t been delivered, haven’t received any tracking info and of course they don’t answer emails.
Shame on you!”
“I had made 2 purchases of three bracelets. Over time I have emailed them three times asking two straightforward questions. I never received a response. No more purchases from me-ever!”
“Horriblement déçu par les bracelets réalisés avec des disques en céramique de couleur de cette marque car ils se dégradent très vite et cassent.
Vraiment pas digne de cette marque”
“Ordered a Tiger Eye bracelet by mistake instead of a Classic Eye Tiger bracelet. Emailed them and asked if okay to exchange, they said okay. Sent it back 2 months ago and haven't gotten the exchange yet. They have not received it, they said! WOW! Lame excuse!”
“If you have an issue with your order, don't expect them to fix the problem. They will blame it on this or that, which requires you to pay 20-25% of the cost to ship back (from the USA) and require you to pay a resizing fee. I even agreed to pay the shipping back for their problem, but they keep saying I should pay a resizing fee when its their F up! Example they send me a braclet that is .25 inch smaller than my wrist size and its way too tight.
Absolutly no customer service and agree with others here... being that they are aboard they use that to their advantage.
Will be returning it as I don't support companies that don't stand behind their products.”
“I have had about 10 of these bracelets. When they arrive they're well packaged an beautiful looking. Shame not one of them lasts longer than 12 months. Every single one Ive ever had the elastic band the crystal beads are threaded to, break. If these bracelets were cheap, I'd cop that, but for the price Aurum brothers charge, it's not good enough. Bottom line; great looking, will not last. Shop for cheaper, they'll last as long.”
“I have been a great customer of Aurum Brothers, buying over 7 bracelets from them.
The last one I received the sizing was clearly larger and slid around my wrist. I called and they asked for photos to prove what I was saying.
I provided those and they said my arm is just thin and the sizing was correct.
They battled me back and forth about just sending me the proper size and me returning the large one.
They are condescending and rude and didn’t help me as a valued customer.
I put an honest review on their Facebook page and they blocked me from the page and refused to help me.
Because they are overseas they ca an get away with that type of behavior. They are rude, and I would never recommend to buy anything from them!!”
“They send the wrong size items and then tell you to mail back to Norway at your expense and they will charge a $10 restocking fee. Horrible company, not worth the trouble.”
“I purchased an Abacus Labradorite bracelet from them on October 2, 2018 and I am highly disappointed in the bracelet and the service. The bracelet was received ahead of the promised date but when I opened the box, I was shocked as it looked nothing like the photos on their website. Honestly, it looked like a dull plastic stone. I wanted to return it so I clicked on the return info button on their website. It states that since I removed the original tag (so I could try it on) they would not refund my money. Additionally, you have to mail the bracelet back to the Netherlands at your expense and deal with the custom issues at the US post office. I can also tell you that the package I received did not include an invoice, a policy statement or a return shipping label as a customer would expect if they purchased here in the United States. I wrote a review on their website but they decided not to publish it. Gee, I wonder why? Don't be fooled by their slick website. Buyer beware!”
