“After I purchased my 170AH battery I have always looked at Australian Direct for My 12v Needs. Very well priced and great quality. Excellent information videos on products. And I must mention it took no time at all to get to my doorstep which is never the case for me when I comes to buying on line.”

“It's always a pleasure to watch the videos about your products. It was very easy to order my caravan 12 volt water pump online. Just a bummer you haven't goy it in stock and I will have to wait till end of August. Otherwise I'm happy with your products solar.”

“A great local company with very helpful and friendly service. Klaetons you tube videos are a fantastic learning forum which helped me understand my personal needs. “The website was easy to use for me - I found the product I wanted pretty easily and the layout made sense. YouTube explanation Video of the kickass pump in particular was excellent. Also the site wasn't buggy or unstable which helped too, all around pretty good experience”

“This is a VERY LATE LATE review. Made my order with Aus Direct, for a Kickass 12v20Amp Battery Charger and Kickass 4.5m 1000amp surge-protected Jumper Cables. Got notified that Jumper Cables being very popular, was back ordered till 15Sep. Most people would be pissed off about this. Not I. Given the choice, I split the order and got the Charger first. A fortunate choice. My Cruiser started have major difficulties in starting. The Charger arrived but I had not unpacked it yet and it was still at home. With family on board with shopping, went to start, all the needles fell outside it was suddenly THAT dead. Phoned a mate for a jump. We got it started but realised on multimeter it was not the battery but the alternator had failed and each start sucked the life out of the battery down to 9V. Managed to get home. Unpack this Jackass charger, hooked it up to the buggered battery and left it overnight. Next morning rang mechanic and begged for help with new alternator then checked battery hoping for signs of life. Sod me on turning the key, the cruiser kicked over straight up no drama. That charger was marvellous, turned a dead battery into one that could get me into town to the mechanics and get the new alternator installed. Recharge battery after fourby was fixed and now the and the spare batteries are like new again after being on the Jackass. Was this delivered on time? No. But still give a 5/5 rating. Why? Simple. The product itself was worth the wait, it saved my bacon. Yes, I was lucky to decide to split the order. Because of COVID nothing has gone right out there for anyone but showing patience and faith still gets the job done. Jumpers only just came in the other day (24/9/20) 6 weeks after charger. Impressive looking gear. Hopefully I won't need them myself but rescue someone else in trouble. Will rate them after I get to use them. But thanks Aust Direct. That battery charger certainly saved my butt when needed.”
