“After a disaster with delivery thanks to Toll I received my 75lt fridge. Very happy with it. Looks great and works a treat. Customer service from Australian Direct was very helpful and nothing was ever a hassle. Looking forward to getting away camping with my new fridge”

“I ordered dual zone fridge/Freezer with special offer and received it withing a week time.It is perfectly fit in under my Hilux canopy.Bluetooth app for iPhone is user friendly and no issue connecting with the fridge.Trend logs for both compartments and voltage is really useful tracking fridge operation.I only test it with mains power and would like to use it on my next camping trip with car power.Once started temperature drops to set value within reasonable time.I'm really happy with the performance so far and recommend for others.”

“Australia Direct is the marketing Kickass products that is good products, but the courier problem is the big back draw. I have that very bad experience recently and want to say Kickass products is very good no doubt at all. But the courier business that bring the products dont deliver the heavy stuff and that end up on facebook market for resale. Me as customer have to wait 3 weeks to get to the point of refund because the part of the products was not received. Call the courier, calling, Australia Direct. Big problem if they can get that right this will be the best company and products ever. I like the kickass products.”

“was sent an email say last chance to review my shopping experience, but I have yet to receive the goods I ordered. This is beginning to feel like a 4wdsupacentre type of experience, with ever-changing prices (or discounts) but unlike 4wdsupacentre the goods were dispatched quickly, which is good,”

“Ordered the power pack with 50kw solar panel. Item received within 7 days of ordering in excellent condition. Have used the power pack for computer and it is brilliant. Will be using with the solar panel over Easter. Love your Kickass products.”

“After finding Australia Direct on line while researching battery chargers I was pleasantly surprised to find the type of charger I needed.The information presented made the choice easy to make and the price sealed the deal..Even the delivery only took 5 days from order placement.The last positive was recieving the instructional video on how to use said charger”

“From purchase to delivery. Very pleased! Although the 75ltr fridge was on back order it was sent within the time frame provided. It came to Melbourne within 3 days of being sent. Even during these times. The wait was worth it. Great size fridge , features and love that I can connect it to my phone. Easy to operate and cooled down very quickly! Thanks”
