“I tried to order from your specials list plus one other item not on special. This was almost impossible and the shopping cart kept reverting to zero items while the system reloaded so I could continue shopping. Altogether quite frustrating but I got there after many many attempts. More grey hair now.”

“So far the gas shower has not worked properly but the warranty team has been good to deal with I also got a shower awning which is good quality and am very happy with it just hoping I can get the shower sorted out”

“Heading off a trip to the Kimberly's and bought the rechargeable shower. 5-7 days postage but it arrived in 11 days. Never got to take it so it's still in the box”

“Kickass Outback Unizone 48L fridge Review. The fridge is lightweight for a reason. Poor insulation with very flimsy lid. Internal insulation material is not robust. It dents easily and appears to be foam, covered with a light aluminium material. The wire basket mesh is not small enough to protect the insulation base from pinted objects or containers etc with non rounded bases. I would not buy this product again as previous experience shows me Waeco is much a much more durable, solid option for very little extra cost and local repairs available. Support enquiries result in a convoluted documented process including video, paperwork etc. You get the feeling that support is being discouraged. Not sure where the support centre is located as representatives appear to have foreign accents. Not a critiscism, just not sure how Australian this business really is.”

Hi mate, our shipping costs come directly from the couriers API because, of size and weight of our items this can cause a difference between a price advertised by a courier.

“Not a bad fridge, did the job. Issues with update. new software update you cannot turn bins on or off. Makes me second guess the number of 5 star reviews as this effects everyone.”

“It's not 75 litres. It's 67 litres. The maths is year 7, do it. Kickass will tell you that the solid divider between the bins is included as part of the volume and that this is 'industry standard'. Put the baskets in the bins and the useable volume is 60 litres. There are no holes in the fridge cover beneath the drainage holes in the bins which is braindead stupid.”
