Thanks for the feedback Liam! We keep our shipping rates standard at what we are charged via couriers, this means we keep our product prices lower and don't have to increase their prices to make up for the shipping costs which is common practise when offering discounted or free postage.

Sorry to hear that Nathan! Normally email addresses don't cause issues as there are many different types. So this seems a bit out of the ordinary and something we will look into.

“You guys were pretty much ahead of other suppliers online but are slowly being caught up by you competitors. They are all pretty much providing free shipping and competitive gear at competitive pricing. I went with your product due to the promo discount on YouTube but with the $60 shipping didn’t save much but was enough to get you slightly ahead of your competition. I know it’s hard for all businesses at present but it is also hard on buyers as well”

“The online purchase process was easy however the item I ordered is on back order. This was not clear at the time of purchase and I was advised via email a day after. I would not have ordered the product If I had known or needed it sooner. I am awaiting a response to my email.”
