Very poor company service, restoking fees were double dipped, i paid postage both ways, complaint via email on the pathetic fractional refund and no response ever. Would never buy from them again. Not to mention they are rebranding all the China junk anyway.

Ordered the kickass ufo caravan tv antenna. Upon opening the box I realised that the coaxial line and the power supply was missing as the user manual told me what was in the box. After looking at the underside of my dish I realised the cable was coming out through the middle and there was no hole off to the side as demonstrated in the video. I immediately emailed with my issue which stated that it was supposed to take 2 business days for a response. After no response I tried calling and got told to just wait a bit longer. It has now been 7 days and still no contact. Not very impressed!

You never should have moved your call centre to the Phillipines. Can’t even give Adam a return call as requested because it ends up back overseas. Disappointed.

Purchased a $30 USB hub from this online reseller. Paid for express post and received it very fast which was good. Plugged in the device and everything seemed good until i went to turn it off, it wouldn't actually turn off. So the only way to turn it off is to unplug from the cigarette lighter. Contacted company and went thru the online warranty claim and even sent a video of the fault. Received a reply email from a Blake who told me to send my one back and he would post out another one at the same time. Explained to him that i had glued my backing plate to the truck and don't have original packaging anymore and that if he just sent me the replacement hub (only) first i could avoid downtime with use in my truck and could then just do a swap over and send back my faulty hub in his replacement packaging and he could then RMA a complete faulty set when he received it. Apparently this was not possible so instead i will just throw it in the bin and use the replacement one i purchased from amazon. Customer service like a brick

Placing an order with Australian Direct couldn’t have been easier and delivery was timely (even to rural Tasmania). Unfortunately the lock alarm broke which has rendered it useless. After fitting the battery and refitting the front cover one of the release tabs easily broke off.

Got the 170ah slimline battery tray to suite ranger. None of the mounting holes lined up and all had to be re drilled. After doin this the back seat will not close with the battery fitted. Been nothing but trouble since i received it amd now have lost all confidence and there other products i purchased at same time.

Cannot review this item as I don't have it😡 Originally ordered on the 26/07/21 Received the 120ah tray instead. Returned it asap. It is now the 19/09/21 and still no battery tray😡 I have installed the battery with tie-downs. If it ever arrives it will be going cheap on gumtree. Pathetic is how I would describe this company.

On 27 Aug 21 ordered $276 worth of wiring and ancillaries to set up my 12v system on my Camper Trailer. Then on 06 Sep 21 ordered a 200v slim line solar panel, watt meter and 3m Anderson extension lead ($553 worth of gear) 5 days after placing each order, and only after a call to Australian Direct, was an email received confirming shipment. Shipping/Tracking information is useless. First order was supposed to arrive today, 17 days later, yet has still not arrived having sat in depot for the last 5 days. Even called Couriers Please for an explanation. Who knows when I will receive either order. Very poor delivery of order, even taking into consideration COVID issues effecting delivery. I will update review when products arrive.

On the 19th of November 2020 I purchased a DZ75 Fridge. We have used it only 5 or 6 times. The last 4 months it has not been used as we have been away in our van. Went to use it last Saturday and it will not get cold. I have tried to submit fault claims on the form on your site and it comes back too much info. I only supplied the info you asked for. I did all the tests that are on your video. After sales service it shocking It seems that you have my money I do not matter

Ordered on Sunday,now Friday and still no update or tracking numbers. I purchased from a Qld company as I reside in Qld thinking it would be faster. No update or anything after they take your money. Very poor service

It didn't auto read the battery type properly it still charges the battery but it thinks it is a lead acid battery. Cant make sense of the owners manual. At this point i can't really be assed returning it, so I guess I'll keep it.

Inverter out of warranty. Asked for repairs and of course I will pay freight and repairs. Told they only repair while under warranty. Bad service . Lost my future purchases.

KICKASS 120AH Slimline AGM Battery & 25A DC-DC Complete Package. Buyer beware, doesn't come with specific installation instructions and when you call for support you have to speak with someone in Indonesia who has no idea about the product. It blew my mind to find this out, why cant you have tech support in Australia where we can speak to someone who knows the product??? Why are they selling a product without specific installation instructions is beyond me. I was told by the Indonesian phone support to take the product to an Auto-electrician even though it is advertised as "plug and play". The behind seat battery tray does not fit as per the on-line video with screws not lining up as suggested. The LVD component has to be mounted upside down otherwise you cannot get the Anderson plugs in past the circuit breaker which means you have to read the info upside down. Lastly, the wiring kit is still on backorder, when I look for an ETA it doesn't exist? Please update the ETA's for items on backorder so people have an idea prior to placing their order. Hopefully the problems stop here and all the products perform better than the customer support.

Absolute joke 10 days on still no fridge. slide delivered 7 days ago call toll 5 times still no response call and email Australian Direct still no response will be the last time I deal with them customer service and delivery absolute shambles

Hi Gary, sorry to hear your fridge 75L has not arrived. I believe our customer support team has been in contact and organised a replacement 75L fridge to be sent.
