Absolute joke 10 days on still no fridge. slide delivered 7 days ago call toll 5 times still no response call and email Australian Direct still no response will be the last time I deal with them customer service and delivery absolute shambles

Hi Gary, sorry to hear your fridge 75L has not arrived. I believe our customer support team has been in contact and organised a replacement 75L fridge to be sent.

Stay away from the Kickass Battery Box and DCDC Charger. Stick with REDARC!!! Purchased the box in September 19 and had problems from day 1 with the charge state freezing in float mode when charging my lithium battery either from solar or alternator. Also charger doesn't accept any solar panel > 23V. Reported problem to Kickass and they basically said bad luck product only has 12 month warranty. I now have a $700 product that is near new condition that doesn't work. Loyalty with this company means nothing and I will now take my business elsewhere!!

Faulty shower then trying to get it sorted was the hardest task . Not responding to emails then saying haven't received emails after already responding. On return to be fixed took for ever. Whole issue was over 2mths. REALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY.

My KAF45 fridge stopped working on a trip half way accross the Simpson Desert, with apparently a common problem according to the recommended service agent, still waiting for a reply on your customer email portal, also phoned your customer support line and got put through to some bloke in the Philippines no help there either. Come on Klaiton i listened to your blurb about how good your fridges were I have bought quite a few things from kickass but that may be the last, i might add that the other fridges on the trip performed faultlessly there were Engels

just bought a show tent $149.00 plus delivery, only to find out 20 minutes later there is free delivery. Not happy.

My only experience of this company is horrible Product not delivered and there is no way to speak to anyone to get assistance The “Couriers Please” courier did not attempt to actually deliver parcel Instead rang bell and immediately dropped a slip with delivery advice number that is not recognised on the couriers system Similarly No way to speak with anyone in courier group So i expect i will never see what i paid for Now have lost money lost time and major inconvenience

Bought a fridge slide 13-14 months ago only been installed in car for 6 months both locking/ latching tabs broken won't fix or replace as just outa warranty and not happy as going away in a month

Bought a 15amp MPPT solar controller. Installed at 6pm...the next morning (by 9am) brown liquid exploded from the device over the car. After calling, I put in a warranty claim that was meant to be 2 business days. It's now been 7 business days and after following up by phone I still have not heard anything.

Ordered the kickass shower tent nearly $300 then next week less than half price. Feeling totally ripped off as a returning customer.

I have not heard anything for two days. In my experience of on line purchasing, Goods that are in stock taken out immediately taken out of the warehouse and shipped. It is now two days and not a word from Australian Direct. You either have the goods in stock or you don't! So something is amiss - not good

Brought 75lt Kickass fridge/freezer Used trice, not holding temp Contacted (customer support/fridge warranty) Australian DirectH Had to cut trip short by 4 days, due to issue with fridge/freezer Spoke to person dealing with warranty after 4 days of attempted contact, 5 calls and 4 emails later Customer service, disgraceful, far from professional after sale service, shouldn't need to contact as many times to get a response. Have previously purchased many Kickass products, would not purchase another fridge from this company, due to lack of customer service.

Paid on the 6th of November it's now the 17th of November still waiting on my 12 volt oven to turn up I had brought it for a Christmas present for my mate hopefully it turns up before Christmas

Poor after sales service trying to find out what size circuit breaker to install on my 3000 what inverter no one answers the phone instructions are very poor diagram shows circuit breaker but does not give a size.

75 Ltr dual fridge still have trouble with it doesnt work with any connection including house power ,only 2 yrs old ,havent been able to get it to a place to get it looked at under the 5 warranty
