“Bought a 75ltr Portable Fridge / Freezer for our trip to the kimberley's. (Didn't get there due to travel restrictions) This is one awesome bit of kit, especially the bluetooth connection. Fridge and freezer worked a treat. Would highly recommend.”

“Bought a 20 Amp 8 stage KICK ASS smart charger and it worked great for almost two years which was the warranty period and with only a few weeks left on the warranty contacted Australian direct and submitted a warranty claim thinking I would only get a pro rata offer off a new charger and was asked to send the old one back so it could be checked (return postage paid by them also) and a little while later a new battery charger turned up in the post. I have to say the initial purchase experience was great but the after sales service and warranty claim experience was downright bloody AWESOME. Thanks heaps Australian Direct I will definitely deal with you well into the future, you guys are the best sales experience I have had in the past fifty years. Regards Peter C Gladstone QLD”
