“Have just found these guys online as Im re-wiring my glamper for some time in November/December Melbourne style to hit the coast. “It was great dealing with Australian Direct as a first time buyer. Easy online purchasing, product shipped quickly, tracking provided. My Lithium Handy Power Pack works just as described. “This is not one of those reviews where the customer gives a five star rating for a product that's not even been delivered yet. I purchased the 100L Dual Zone Fridge / Freezer several months ago. The Secop (formerly Danfoss) compressor is quiet and efficient. I have the larger side set to 0C, and the smaller set at -18C, it's performed above and beyond my expectations. The temperature varies by no more that 1 degree, from what it's set at and is displayed (LCD and App). I've tested and retested the temperature via a Fluke and UNI-T digital multimeter. I have my fridge/freezer running off 2 x 200W panels, connected to a MPPT controller (100V/20A). My solar controller is connected to 1 x 135AH lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO 4) in a battery box. My digital battery monitor, which uses a 500A shunt, states that on average my battery drops down to 87% overnight. I've ordered the Kickass 100/40 MPPT Solar Controller for the additional amps as I'm adding more electrical products to my setup as I go. I initially powered-up the fridge from mains but it's been running 24x7 off solar since at 'Normal Cooling Speed' with no issues. It's been that reliable that I turned off my kitchen fridge and transferred all the contents to the KickAss 100L Dual Zone Fridge/ Freezer. My one and only complaint is that the cover is black, which isn't ideal under the Australian sun (I use a silver reflective, and insulated blanket to keep the heat off). If Australian Direct also offered a white or silver colour cover I'd buy it. Appreciate this is a long review but when I like something I also like to share why.”

“Australian direct products are just the best. My ute is becoming a major sponsor having soo many kick arse products strapped to it. The one thing I love about Australian Direct is the customer support, I have made phone calls enquiring about products and wanted to stay on the phone for hours with the team members. Had to submit a warranty claim once and the way it was handled was out standing and in extremely fast how would I rate them 10/10”
