“I made a large order placed and paid for it, then a minute later had a change of mind on one product as I spotted a better valued TV/Antenna Package for only $50 extra, I rang the Kickass phone number and a gentleman answered and we changed the order and paid the extra cost with no problem at all. I cannot praise enough the ease of which it all happened. Thanks Kickass you really do KICKASS.”

“Love the Kickass gear. I have fully kitout my ute with the Slimline battery, DCDC Charger and solar panel. It powers my fridge, pump for shower, air compressor and campsite light. Never had a problem.”

“I have ordered quite a few products in the past couple of years... So far all have stood up .. From dual battery sets up , 75 dual zone fridge, battery box , VSR , a few other small bits and now waiting for my shower awning... KICKASS 🤙”

“I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Josh and if that is the expectation we can be sure that the products are well backed up. My experience was an incorrect order placement that I made. I called and cancelled and the refund was processed the same day. Naturally I made a correction and replaced the order for another great Australian Direct alternative Great stuff guys !!!”
