“I was looking for a waterpump for my hot water system. Their information was clearly presented and they were patient even when confronted by my stupid questions as a noob when it comes to this stuff. Awesome!”

“I found the web site easy to navigate. Staff from Australian Direct offered friendly helpful advice to confirm I was buying the right size charger for my needs. My purchase was made over the phone. A copy of the invoice was sent via email which then allowed me to collect the charger from the Kunda Park Distribution Facility a short time later.”
