“Absolutely fantastic! I first learned of Australian direct when a friend sent me an Australia Direct video that showed me the items I required and more importantly how to install them. I had one or 2 small issues when ordering but the speed of communication and the personalised approach was simply off the charts. Ordering online has become reasonably simple now but too often when you have a question or something that 'out of the box' it's difficult to speak to people that have a 'can do' attitude and will make a decision or are empowered to make a decision, it's not the case at Australian Direct. I'll use AD again and I couldn't be happier! (well, I could if I wasn't in lockdown!)”

“From purchase to delivery. Very pleased! Although the 75ltr fridge was on back order it was sent within the time frame provided. It came to Melbourne within 3 days of being sent. Even during these times. The wait was worth it. Great size fridge , features and love that I can connect it to my phone. Easy to operate and cooled down very quickly! Thanks”

“Bought the 75 lt fridge for $1325 on preorder, during that time the price changed before the fridge arrived i made contact and without issue Amiee from customer service organised a refund of the difference being $450. To me that's a company that cares about retun business The fridge its self is amazing great product , the blue tooth feature is tops and works well”
