“Prompt service and excellent customer. Have dealt with Australian Direct on a number of occasions and have been impressed with the assistance provided. The products have been very reliable and in my view very well engineered. While I haven’t yet received the product I’ve ordered on this occasion the online ordering and payment structure is easy and efficient.”

“Was simple and easy to get what i needed and even got some free stuff for fathers day which is very excited. Thank you so much cant wait to clean out my freezer and vacuum seal everything to make it last longer. Also to be able to go away camping and not waste any food and have heaps of room in the fridge. Got one of your travel buddies over 6months ago and its working wonderfully. #kickassisamazing”

“Hi, I bought a 12amp charger off you guys a couple of years ago after having two ctek 10amp chargers fail and not much support from ctek . They blame the corrugated roads I had drove on during trips up north, anyway yours has not let me down and I have just purchased another one for my son for his off road camper, keep up the good work 👍🏻”

“Good phone service as well as an easy to use website. I was going to go instore to purchase but due to covid was advised I couldn't. Grabbed the 20a charger for my 220ah deep cycle. Once it arrives I'm sure it will be just as good as the customer service was over the phone.”
