“I made my first purchase recently and felt the price of the product and the quality were both quite good so decided to buy. Exceeded my expectations on pickup. My only issue was that when I chose to pickup it wasnt obvious that I could come whenever i wanted from the wording for freight in the invoice it sounded like i might need to wait for the items to be picked in the warehouse with a confirmation saying so. But when i popped in the system workes well and staff were helpful. I have a stuffed wrist and they happily helped me get a battery in my car.”

“I have been a return customer for a couple of years now & have always received orders within a few days. My latest purchase was ordered on Wednesday morning & delivered on Thursday afternoon. The packaging was in perfect condition. The only time I have had to contact support they were helpful in isolating my issue which happened to to enter the menu on a fridge to set parameters it didn’t explain that it had to be turned off at unit. Fridge has worked perfectly since”

“Easy purchase process online. Shipping costs were a bit steep, but overall it was a decent sale on the shower tent I bought. It’s yet to arrive, so can’t comment on the product yet.”

“I did buy and receive the shower tent without any problems, but I did have a complaint which I won’t go into. It was dealt with by Tony very quickly with a mutually beneficial outcome. I will get more gear thru Australian Direct.”
