“The online ordering offers exceptional understanding of both product inc specs and price. The step by step ordering is so easy to use. Australian direct Web ordering is a simple click by click setup, best one I’ve come across. Boasting many payment options, it gives users the opportunity to use many forms of payment other companies do not offer. I found their page help section had rapid response to all my questions. As a first time buyer off of the site, I’m happy to review my honest findings and that I plan to purchase more via this system. The 300w solar panel is very much of excellent craftsmanship and lives up to its household name “kickass” as it seriously does so with this item and I’m sure many more that I buy. I’m happy I could become part of the kickass family now.”

“I am a return customer due to great products and service. My experience with Australian Direct my solar panel arrived damaged but it was replaced very quickly. It is great to receive such great service I highly recommend their products and look forward to receiving my 12v oven.”

“Good products not so great service. On-line orders are processed and delivered quickly, but when needing to speak with someone regarding our fridge not working (while on a camping holiday) we could only leave a message, the phones were not being answered. While they said that all calls will be returned, it took them 3 weeks to return our call !!! Not good enough”
