“Found what I needed relatively quickly. A more thorough description of the connection sizes and even perhaps a tutorial on connecting the hoses to the pumps would help the novice and amateur camper to understand the utility of the pump and optimise its use. Provision of hoses and taps as an accessory would have also helped as I now have to go on the hunt to find these in relevant shops. Otherwise, efficient service.”

“Excellent customer service, spoke with Dexter in the call centre. He was very helpful and has a great sense of humour. My delivery arrived within 2 days which was a pleasant surprise. Very happy customer as I was referred to Australian Direct in particular the Kickass shower tent by a friend.”

“Ordered the Kickass 20 amp 12v charger online. Spent some time looking around and comparing similar products and found this one to be great value for money. I’d already purchased the kickass 10m solar cable and found it to be excellent heavy duty product so I knew the charger would be great. Arrived faster than I expected and plugged it right on to my AGM battery. Charged it quickly and without issue. Thanks guys for another kickass product. Would recommend to anyone looking for a similar product.”
