“I would have given 5 stars but I had to wait 3 weeks to replace my windscreen (that is my only gripe) apart from the delay I can't fault the service I received, they came to my work which is literally in the middle of nowhere, the fitter was a specially trained Audi technician & due to his experience he made the job look easy! From the first phone call to the technician leaving everybody I dealt with was polite & cheerful (even when I got grumpy about the delay). I am happy to recommended Auto Windscreens & would definitely use them again (hopefully not to soon!!)”

“Bit disappointed that on the first visit they brought the wrong screen! However the guy was very apologetic and a week later they brought the correct screen. This was fitted with the minimum of fuss. The interior of the car was left very clean. Good job and pleasant guy who carried out the fitting.”

“After booking an appointment (over a week wait!) they turned up late, with the wrong windscreen and didn't even apologise. After complaining they tried to blame me for the error and offered no way of resolving the issue. A new appointment was made only to be told the day before the new appointment that they couldn't do it as still hadn't got the right windscreen. Another 10 day wait for the 3rd appointment. And somehow they are the only company my insurers will pay for?!”

“Reported problem on internet. Autodials phoned to confirm fault and arrange repair date. On day before repair there was a text to confirm repair would be before 1pm. At 11am I was contacted to advise on site repair was due in 20minutes, and he arrived on time. Polite and efficient, all completed as expediently as possible. What more could I want or expect.”

“The technician who came today, was really helpful, very friendly and did a very professional job. He phoned to advise the time scales for when he would arrive, he arrived when he said he would and he completed the job in the time he advised He's a great ambassador for your company. He made up for the 2 month wait that its taken for my windscreen to be replaced. Lisa G”

“I was amazed and very grateful for the prompt attention I received. The car window shattered on the Sunday and by 2.30pm the following day the glass had been replaced by a very efficient and polite young gentleman.”

“Very pleased with the service received, I got a text the day before stating am or pm, the guy called that morning to let me know he was on his way, It took less than 40 minutes, the technician was friendly and explained what he was doing, how long it would take and the guarantee. No hassle.”
