“Wrong bulb listed against my car. Had to buy from Halfords in the end. Was offered a free one to be sent to me but I had already purchased a replacement. No refund offered.”

“The bulb kit I bought is to enable me to comply with French law, and therefore still unopened The bulbs are very well packed and ideal to store in the car the service and price were excellent, and I recommend the company”

“their courier company claimed to have made attempts at delivery which clearly did not happen. it took 8 days to deliver something that could have been posted - for the standard delivery charge of over £3”

“Very good service from yourselves but please try and avoid using Hermes for deliveries. They were awful. I couldn't get the delivery person to call me, answer their phone or even just acknowledge a message or request to leave the item in my blue bin as I wasn't in when they called. I had to complain to them on twitter and then the bulbs turned up.”
