“Website easy to use, order processed and payment taken immediately. Waited patiently for 12 days for delivery. Unable to get through on phone on day 8 and followed up with an e-mail. Did not receive a reply for 4 days, having sent 3 further e-mails. When I finally received a reply, customer service agreed to give me a full refund and did so immediately, otherwise the Overall Rating would have been worse. In the meantime I had ordered what I needed from Amazon and received them in less than 24 hours by normal 1st class post. You need to do better, Autobulbs! I thought I was better off using a specialised retailer rather than Amazon - how wrong I was!”

Hi James I'm very sorry to hear you have not received the level of service either you or we would expect. In terms of delivery, we were let down by the courier. They have a 99.8% on time delivery success rate, but of course (as with all couriers incl. RM) something will go missing eventually. You were the unfortunate victim of this. However, you we subsequently let down by a lack of quick response either on phone or email. This is for us unacceptable and we very much apologise. We are already taking action to bring on more customer support staff to ensure this doesn't happen again.
