Bulbs are very expensive, but bosch wipers blades are competitively priced. Main issue is that the database containing bulb and wiper types for different car models is very unreliable.

Online product finder led to the wrong pair of wiper blades being sent. Cost me £5 to return and no acknowledgement to email pointing out the problem with online selector. Competitor websites lead to correct wiper selection!

Had problems on Internet finding what bulbs I neded as spares (obligatory in France) for a new 2015 Golf Mk7. You do not have a list for this Golf. Had to rely on a list from Halfords website. Please try to up-date your website. Best wishes, Roger Newbury

One person I spoke to thought I was being derogatory when I was praising them. Online chat was difficult, the person I was chatting with did not understand what I wanted.

Transaction and service was first class as usual. Tried to order further items this morning and the website froze and wouldn't show me which wipers I needed for my car. Online chat resolved the issue.

The original order was based on my registration so I would have thought that the product delivered would have been matched to the model of the car and would have worked (plug and play) and would not have cost me several calls 0844 to attempt resolving a problem. The problem was initially diagnosed as car polarity which did not work requiring the dispatch of a new harness which resolved the problem. I then had at my own cost to send back the initial harness(s). So all in all despite the persons on the telephone being very pleasant and helpful, by getting it right in the first place would have avoided me a lot of hassle and additional cost.

Great bulbs, good price. Don't bother responding to emails asking for advice so I purchased my 2nd set elsewhere if you know exactly what you want they're a good company

LED bulbs should not be under side lights in search by Registration option. Due to opening package was unable to return so used in courtesy lights. Needed four more so bought from Amazon as they were cheaper and free postage even under £15.00. Also afterwards bought full beam bulbs as the were £6 cheaper than ABD. ABD did dispatch next day and delivery the following day which was really good.

Very satiasfied with the delivery & service given but the Ring ultimate still leave a lot to be desired on country roads the MAIN BEAM has not lost that yellowy glow compared with the dip besm standard bulbs fitted as standard on the KIA SPORTAGE.

Unfortunately the online bulb selector is not accurate. As a result I was sent the wrong bulb for my car. Of course ABD did offer a free return and replacement with no added cost to me. However due to the delay I have had to pay for a MOT retest. I then ran the bulb finder on my second car and again the results were wrong. This time around, I did check physically on the car before accepting the online ABD bulb finders results as gospel. They use a generic bulb finder so the fault is present on other bulb selling websites too! So check the bulbs before you order is my advice. The product and ABD's service is immaculate. Just this time my experience was poor and costly. However, I will still continue to buy from ABD, just check the bulb on the car before committing. The products they sell and customer service is still excellent.

Having received incorrect items , I immediately rang customer services number but there was no reply. As it was Saturday afternoon at 1250 I concluded that the office was closed so emailed my question. I received a partial response on Monday so sought further clarification of returns process and eventually received the information I required on Wednesday. Regrettably I now have insufficient time to obtain correct items from Autobulbs so will need to source locally. Pity as service is normally first class.

Volvo c30 bulbs purchased main beam & dipped headlight lamps where prompted wrong the website ie the wrong way round good job I had the owners manual or I would have purchased the wrong ones delivery could have been quicker product was very good

I don't think I made myself understood clearly enough as I asked for a full set of spare bulbs for my Citroen saxo and made repeatedly clear this is what I required yet was sent a packet of side light bulbs instead ! The fuses of different sizes I asked for arrived ok but the operator I spoke to seemed more interested in the various brightness and colours of the bulbs than the actual content of what was required. I gave the online website ref number for the items I needed but that did'nt seem to get through. Average service .

Unfortunately the two types of the LED bulbs I ordered don't fit into the socket, and can't be used. There are issues with both them being longer than standard bulbs or wider at the base than a standard bulb

I'm sorry you have experienced issues with the LED bulbs. There are some LED products that have different dimensions to standard bulbs due to the technology being used.
