“Dear auto bulbs, I am happy with your service,but the led rear light bulbs I purchased did not fit my car,so I ordered some halogen bulbs and found that my car had them fitted already. So unfortunately I had to send all the rear light bulbs back,hid 4u team were very helpful and did apologise for any inconvenience caused, they gave me a full refund and free postage for the returns. Regards John”

“Online order dealt with quickly. One item was in "short supply" so I was telephoned and offered an upgrade at no extra cost - brilliant service!! I decided to collect my order which was no problem to the staff. Once on site all staff were polite and attentive - very refreshing!! Overall, a quick, efficient service with polite, knowledgeable staff who are keen to be of service and assistance; VERY, VERY impressed!!!!”

“I have a new Kia carens bulbs are not as stated on web site Both bulbs are H7 and not 1 Hi so I had to buy 6 bulbs not pleased”

“Over all the web site is good, postage is slow and expencive when using 'super saver' as its only the cost of a 1st class stamp yet they charge £1.95 and it takes 4 days?”
