“First time ordering online and disappointed with customer service.Before ordering I called to ask which courier company it's used,and told that I have the option of choosing Courier Please company.After I put the order through I requested not to be shipped with Australia Post(also left a note of being shipped with Courier Please).Soon after I finish the order,I received an email with a tracking shipment with AusPost.I called immediately and was promised will be changed to a different courier company.Still the shipment was delivered buy Australia Post.Not happy,considering the many issues I had with this courier company.”
