“Would just like to thank the guy that helped me with my purchase of the Thule Hullavator Gas Strut Kayak Lifter 898AU. “Online support started off well, but now I am receiving no support. I have a mechanic booked in on the 19th Jan to install exhaust and cannot get an ETA. Customer service stated product was in stock and have since learned it’s on back order. No live chat available through mobile site or online that I could find”

“I've used AS before but on new years day my partner's son cooked his Ranger. I thought okay I'm going to get it sorted. I tried other sites which I'd used before but their payment system's all failed and It would take a few days for them to get back to me.I just went from site to site AS,s system just worked and parts got here within a couple days. The AS site worked flawlessly no issues. I've since noted they're also the suppliers of products I normally buy overseas because I couldn't get them here so worth investigating I've no moved them up my list of site to try them first their prices are also competitive”

“The order was sent to my billing address, not the shipping address that was provided. This now requires a drive across town to collect. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that there has been a logistical issue with an order, with a previous one initially overlooked (to be fair, it was sent express post once I’d chased up to enquire about the status). I utilise all the usual suspects to provide my automotive needs (with price being the overriding selection criteria). So while I’ve had no issues with the actual items supplied by AS, my experience of a 25% “miss” rate on logistics will mean I’m very cautious about using them going forward.”
