“Today marks 1 week since I placed my order. It is advertised on the website that orders take 1 to 3 working days but 5 working days later, I'm still waiting. The most annoying thing is I'm receiving no feed back. I personally called into the store and was told that I just have wait - in that case, don't tell me 1 to 3 days. My customer is still waiting for his car and questioning me as I had stated, as advised, the parts would be here in 1 to 3 days. If this is the sort of service they offer, would not recommend using at all.”

“I was lead to believe I was purchaseing a kit specific to my 2008 Hyundai Tuscon.What was supplied lacked the necessary connectors & step 1 , step2 instructions did not apply to this vehicle..Help staff wete not familiar with the issues.Waste of time & money ended up installing genuine Hyundai head unit plugged in & installed 30 seconds all up.”

“The ordering process was easy and I’m in my eighties, also delivery was prompt, however filters could have been packed better because although the filter inside its carton was undamaged the carton housing it had been damaged in transit, sometimes a plastic bag is not sufficient to protect goods from the rough and tumble of the delivery system.”
