“Can't even read the invoice. Ticked and even wrote approved on the docket for them to send me a completely different colour.”

“EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES 1. BRAND NEW COOLANT TANK FAULTY REFUSED TO REPLACE 2. PURCHASED 4 DIFFERENT COLORS, 5 OF EACH COLORS, TOTAL OF 20 CIGARETTE LIGHTS AND NON OF THEM FIT INTO ANY VEHICLES (EXCLUDING THE LISTS) AGAIN REFUSED FOR REFUND I'VE SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS JUST BEFORE XMAS, AFTER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN WHEN YOU CONTACT THE STORE THEY TELL YOU TO CONTACT ONLINE, WHEN YOU GO ONLINE FILLED OUT SUPPORT FORM AND IT'S MONTHS SINCE 2021 NOW APRIL 2022 STILL HAVEN'T HEAR ANYTHING. EXTREMELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMELY HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH, STORE SENT ME TO ONLINE, SUBMITTED ONLINE SUPPORT IN DEC 2021 NOW APRIL 2022 STILL NO RESPONSE.”

“I would never recommend using them. Their website indicates 1-3 days to collect goods, but they don't even have them in stock. Which is false advertising and should be investigated by Fair Trading. There's a reason they have so many bad reviews, so they try to hide them on their website by using this review system. Just search online and you will see the real picture.”

“After doing a specific car search for my vehicle, I purchased these however they did not match and were not suitable, in fact far from. This is the 3rd item purchased from here that I bought because of the “vehicle match”. Waste of time, waste of money. Very unhappy!! Will not be purchasing from here again.”
