“Took 10 days to despatch order. Pricing comparison to competitors doesn’t make it worth it. Would of been easier to go to local parts auto store. Had to chase order on day 10 to get a status of where it was at”

“I was disappointed with the purchase. 1. If I chose pick up in store for the said item, it stated 3 days i.e. 24/1/2023. OK great, ergo a fair assumption is that a delivered item should not take too long. 2. The reality was a delivered item took 8/2/2023 to get delivered. 3. The website states dispatch or collect 3-5 days. This is very inaccurate. The reason I'm disappointed is that the back end system does not know about your supply issues. I had get a chat going to find out. Even more so, I was expecting to take this with me interstate. This review is not so much about Automotive Superstore but rather the information being represented. In addition to this the expectation of a a specific time frame. If this can be resolved then you'll get 5 stars.”

“Actually using Superstore website is great, however what I find frustrating when purchasing online in Australia and it certainly no fault of AS is how long the postage takes. 21 days from the purchase date to the receiving date is unacceptable. Australia post is not doing Aussie businesses any favours. As an example I ordered a part from the UK that wasn't available at the AS store it arrived in 6 days. If I had known my order was going to take 21 days with AS I would have ordered them from the UK.”

“Very happy with Automotive Superstore, the website is easy to navigate and detailed. The Manta exhaust arrived very quickly, it was very easy to fit, and fitment is spot on as expected from Manta. Only thing I would recommend is more protection on the exhaust packaging from Manta as the nylon rips through and scratches the exhaust dependant on the delivery company how they handle it. Mine had minor scratches from the package being dragged around which I’m not overly concerned. Overall very satisfied can’t wait to hear the exhaust in the morning.”

“The item was damaged during postage. I only found out about this by seeing something odd via the tracking postage system and then following up by contacting by phone your support centre which took me 3 goes due to extensive hold times. I think this was Friday 03/02/2023 The support centre advised me the package was being returned to sender. Today I received a SMS to say the item had been delivered, however, no item was delivered so I now have no idea what is going on. So I guess it will be more holding on the phone tomorrow to contact the support centre again. Frankly i have had guts full.”
