“Quick and efficient. parts extremely well packed. Courier used (excellent) courier cost was inexpensive. The really useful aspect of this mob is that the website for looking up car part models and cross references is about the best I've been able to find. I will buy again.”

“Great service. Saved about $60 on a head unit and got the whole installation kit. Ordered and had the delivery within 2 days. Everything I needed to install with the exception of one connector for the stock camera. Typical of Alpine to have a funny fitting.”

“My initial experience was good when I ordered the part, it arrived in good time as it was near christmas, when I received the part it did not fit, so contacted the store and could not get any response so then rang and got on to a sales rep that gave me the procedure for returning the part. I had to order the right part and pay for it as I was told that this was the fastest way to do the change over. I have received the new part that fits, but I have sent emails every few days with no reply till I sent one that I asked to speak to the complaints manager, I got a reply that stated they have been inundated with returns and are working their way through them. They could have told me this over a week ago and I would have been more forgiving , but silence is not golden, it erodes your trust in the company your dealing with. All I want is for them to let me know when they are giving me the refund of the wrong part, not hard I would have thought.”

“Placed order1/1/23, I sent an inquirey 6/1, a response from your company 7/1, I inquired 11/1 no response, I inquired 17/1 no response, 19/1 asked to cancel order and receive a refund no response, received a response 20/1 regarding shipping of my order but ignored my request for a refund on the 19/1, the day prior to you dispatching my order.As of todays date (20 days since I paid for my order) and i am still to receive my order. Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I am a retired business man and if I treated my customers ike you have I would have had no customers at all. Almost a total lack of communication from your company. Iam totally disgusted with your overall attitude and you have lost me and my connections with any future business with your company.”

“Took over 10 days to deliver parts. It was bad weather however the delivery service did said it wouldnt impact delivery times. Also you can find the same parts in store at supercheap or autobarn for cheaper or same price. Paid $4 for premium postage, no idea how it was premium”
