“It started when the $20 discount code did not work. I rang and after a while I was told the problem would be sent to IT and I would receive an email after it was resolved. I do not monitor my emails every minute of every day so I asked to be contacted by phone. I was told that was not possible. After a few hours I was given a new code by email. The new code did not work. Even though I find it irritating, I used live chat. Long story short the problem was a letter that looked like a 1 but was actually an I. I was told by two people to use copy/paste. My experience tells me that this creates more problems than it solves. 1, I, 0 and O should not be used. Eventually it worked but I lost more than half a day which meant that I did not get a lot of things done that I wanted to get done.”

“Hi Adam, Albert and Tyler just wanted to say thanks for all your support while updating my head unit I am so happy with this unit and the BA Falcon Fascia kit Wow it is so awesome everything I wanted and more I still haven't got the reverse camera working but at this stage I don't really care. I know it will work I've just got to tace the connection issue when I have more time, in the meantime, I'm really happy with how it turned out, Thanks again.”

“I bought the Sony XAV-AX5000 with the BT50 fascia kit, harness, and a reverse camera. The price was competitive and the bundle saved a lot of hassle on my part. I was impressed with the processing and delivery times; particularly as I live several hundred kms from the store. The installation instructions leave a lot to be desired. But I got there in the end, in part due to a prompt response to an after sales service question and a bit of YouTube surfing. Would use again, and definitely recommend.”

“The alpine ILX507A stereo was fantastic and the delivery was super quick. All the components worked and arrived together. Overall stoked, the sound quality is excellent and all the features that come with the head unit result in crystal clear sound and good punchy bass. Definitely recommend.”

“Messaged the team Tuesday morning to see if a part was in stock. As I needed it urgently also mentioned this. They said they had 20 plus in stock so I ordered right away. Then told me it was waiting to be transferred to their shipping warehouse which seams very inefficient. So I think that means they didn’t have it in stock and they were waiting for it to arrive from a supplier. Anyways still hasn’t been sent paid for premium shipping which is apparently standard Australian post there is nothing premium about that.”

“Extreamly unhappy with the service I received I had to chase my order after a week to find out there was an out of stock item holding my order up from been despatched and then constantly chasing myself to find out what is happening and then the freight company loosing the order and myself again chasing up information as to what is going on to nearly 4 weeks since order placed and I still haven’t received any of the order”
