“Much better experience than my previous order - no hassles this time, though despatch could be a little quicker. (last time, some of the items I ordered weren't available, so this time I was a little unsure whether all the items I ordered would be available, I am pleased to say that this time I received everything I ordered.”

“Good service and price ,but unfortunately the fittings in the purchased pump were incorrect, requiring extras to be bought.Possibly the suppliers fault. I'd be interested to find out !”

“Very responsive but the most auto stores were. I think all online Auto stores could their web guides as alll of them had search problems and item info problems either incorrect or ambiguous. Items ordered arrived very promptly considering xmas too. I havent checked items yet because i need to get under the vehicle to measure ....and its xmas so next week.”

“Ordered number plate covers to fit "Japanese plates" but they are to big for Queensland JDM style plates. Not sure if I ordered the wrong ones, altrex just aren't a good fit or Automotive Superstores description isn't accurate. Also they are curved so they don't sit flat on the number plate? Hopefully they'll settle down after being fitted to the car for a while otherwise they won't really keep the dirt & dust off my new plates.”

“Before I place my order, l want to find out some more details which I can't see it on line, then l call, wait for 10 minutes still on hold, finally give up. Anyway, l place my order on line, l tried to put my unit number in the shipping form, no matter how much times l edit the unit number, still ended up not showing the no. Then l thought it might be their privacy protection not showing the no. At the end l have to pick it up from the post office (not big deal), because there is no unit number??? Apart from that, the delivery is extremely quick, only take 2days, they updated me every progress of the shipment. I am happy with it and highly Recommend for the delivery service.”
