“This is not my first order. Each time it was easy to find the correct parts, the prices were about HALF the prices listed at Supercheap. The goods have been delivered securely and quickly. What more could I want????”

“I was impressed with your wide range of arts and consumables. Sadly you promised freight free on orders over $100. but then charged frieght on $130 order taking it to about $170. Can you lz explain this>”

“Good range of products and generally competitive prices on most items. 10 minute click-and-collect for online purchases means 10 minutes after someone has processed the order. I went to the store one hour after I placed the order and the order was yet to be looked at. Thankfully, in-store service was quite good and they arranged for the items to be quickly processed.”
