“Found autonet on a comparison site, called up and all sorted efficiently in 20 mins. The only negative is the took a while passing you from department to department to confirm things.”

“my new policy requirements were processed quickly and efficiently with a clear explanation of cover, cost and additional cover options e.g. breakdown. really helpful that you have contacted my previous insurance broker to obtain NCB details to save me the trouble. documentation received by email in good time and clear.”

“Good so far..not had any issues...straight forward communication and no problems with any claims. They leave you alone is what I'm trying to say...once you've paid...you don't get pesky calls or emails regarding anything.”
