“Autonet from the very first phone call, were helpful, informative and set up my insurance within 15 minutes. easy to talk to, straight forward and honest talking, made my mind up there and then that this was the car insurer for me. “The whole process from start to finish was very easy. The staff were friendly, polite and explained everything clearly. Documentation was received quickly and was straightforward. There was only one thing that could have been better. It was only towards the end of the conversation, when everything had been agreed and was being confirmed to me, that I was told the first two payments would be taken out within a very short space of time (the deposit and the first payment less than 2 weeks later. Whilst this was not a problem to me, I would have expected it to have gone out the following month. It may be a problem for some people to pay 2 payments in the same month, and therefore maybe should have been mentioned earlier in the conversation. Only a very small thing though. The whole process was completely easy and painless!”

“Following an unsatisfactory association with the AA I decided to leave the main stream. At this point I can say that I am happy with the cost. And as I haven't had an accident in many years that had to be my main priority.”

“Very helpful and pleasant staff. Talked through everything and tried his best to get us the best deal for our circumstances so couldn't ask for more and it was competitive and so that's why we stayed and didn't move companies. So as long as it stays that way we will stay with them.”

“Autonet staff were very helpful and friendly when I took my policy out with them and they made it a quick and hassle free procedure. It is great that communications with them are done via e-mail as documents get to you very fast. I would highly recommend them.”
