“I am so pleased with Autonet insurance. Everyone I speak to there are so kind & helpful. The policy is very competitively priced. I hope I never need to make a claim, but if I do, I hope the process to make a claim, is as good as setting up the cover.”

“I absolutely hate how insurance companies do a credit check on you, just to give you a price (whether you take the quote or not). I shopped about for the best deal, not realising how many hard searches were being left on my credit rating. I don't care what any of them say, this does affect your credit rating, as the more searches you have, the worse your credit rating is affected. Even though I was paying in full, why on earth do they need to do a search??? Your license, NCB proof, etc all validate you are a legitimate person, there is absolutely no need for this at all.”

“Have used Autonet for some years now with no problems but did experience difficulty when my payment did not go through with no reason for this being the case. I immediately paid on line which is very simple and went through without delay. I did then however receive a number of what I assume are automatically generated emails telling me if I did not pay I would not be insured. At the same time I received acknowledgement of my payment and my documents. All's well that ends well!”
