“The process of buying the insurance was quick and simple, however i have just brought thw insurance so i am yet to recieve my documents. Quote given to me was affordable. currently no issues to raise”

“Got a good quote as a new customer. Policy included courtesy car, legal cover etc. Extra cost for monthly payments a little steep so paid the total. Just wait and see how good they are if I need to claim, and how much they are going to pester me.”

“The phone was answered quickly (although you would expect so in Sales!) I had a query on my protected no claims (where I'd had 2 claims in 3 years). I just wanted to check they were valid. I'm now insured with Autonet so let's hope I don't need to find out how effective the claims team are.”
