“The price given was good , but I could not adjust the compulsory access, And I did not need a courtesy car, The forms was clear to fill , but a bit too long”

Hi, Thank you for your comments and we are pleased to hear that you are happy with the insurance premium. The compulsory excess is a set amount by the insurer which cannot be altered. However the voluntary excess is the amount you would set and in the event of a claim the compulsory and voluntary excess are combined. Kind Regards Carly

“After not receiving my renewal notice I phoned and was helped by a friendly, knowledgable assistant. He renewed my insurance over the phone so I was left feeling very relieved. A good service. Thank you.”

“This is my first time being insured by autonet, they were about the 7th cheapest on the price comparison site but I went with them due to being local to me, keeping local ppl in work. Up to now they have been excellent, there was a slight problem with how I filled out the form and they contacted me straight away. I ended up going to the office, much cheaper than a phone call !! Ashley was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me as I was getting really upset. Can't praise Ashley enough, maybe he should win the iPad 😉🤗”

“I rang to renew my car insurance and was happy with the professional, courteous service I received. The operator was very knowledgeable and found the answers to all questions asked. I received a discount despite not being able to renew online. In hindsight, I feel I have overpaid for the policy but will be more careful shopping around next year.”
