“Good but due to automated responses it can be difficult or frustrating to get through to the right person. If you have a long no claims bonus - their system only accepts 9+ years whereas some other companies accept more than this.”

“Quick and efficient communication and documents all sent by email. I would say they do require a lot of back up documents to be emailed to them but this is processed very quickly and any issues with the documents they communicate very well.”
